NHNH Media WebA service of NH Media LLC

A clear, low-friction process

Know what happens next—from private concept to launch and upkeep.

The process is designed to protect your time, reduce technical uncertainty, and make every approval and responsibility clear.

Six deliberate steps

A professional website without a confusing handoff.

You work directly with the owner of NH Media Web throughout the project.

01

Fit review

We review your business, current website, public information, desired customer action, timing, and likely project scope.

02

Private concept

For approved prospects, we prepare a limited, password-protected direction—usually a homepage concept or concise walkthrough—not a complete free website.

03

Plan, agreement & payment

You select the appropriate plan, approve the project order, sign the month-to-month service agreement, and complete secure automatic billing.

04

Content & access

We collect approved facts, brand materials, photographs, domain access, existing DNS details, and any required third-party account information.

05

Build, review & approve

We write and build the full website on a private staging address. You review the actual responsive site and submit the included revision rounds.

06

Launch & manage

After written approval, we launch carefully, verify critical systems, monitor the website, and handle ongoing requests within your plan.

The private concept

Enough to judge the direction—without pretending the project is already finished.

A concept is a focused sales demonstration. It is unofficial, not indexed by search engines, and never represented as an approved website for the business.

What it may include

  • A polished homepage direction
  • A mobile presentation
  • One representative service section
  • A short recorded or live walkthrough
  • Specific observations about the customer path

What it does not include

  • A complete free multi-page build
  • Live forms impersonating the business
  • Copied source code or proprietary design
  • Unlicensed photography or invented claims

A controlled launch

Your website and email should keep working throughout the transition.

Domain changes are treated as infrastructure work, not an afterthought.

Inventory before change

Registrar, ownership, expiration, nameservers, DNS records, business email, verification records, redirects, analytics, and connected services are documented first.

Test before traffic

The staging website is checked on representative devices; forms, calls, maps, booking links, page metadata, and redirects are verified.

Verify after launch

Root and www behavior, SSL, email delivery, forms, analytics, search tools, and critical customer paths are checked again after DNS changes.

Ongoing service

One channel for website requests. One accountable provider.

Routine changes are submitted through the documented support channel and handled according to your plan's allowance and priority.

1

Send the request
Provide the exact change, approved wording, and supplied assets.

2

Receive scope confirmation
Routine work proceeds within the plan; larger work receives a clear estimate.

3

Review the update
Important changes can be previewed before publication.

4

Keep an accountable record
Requests and decisions stay organized rather than scattered across informal channels.

No-hostage offboarding

Canceling should be orderly, not adversarial.

The service is month to month, subject to the signed agreement. On cancellation, future renewals stop and the managed site remains active through the paid service period.

  • Your domain remains yours
  • Your logo and supplied business materials remain yours
  • Your customer or lead data remains yours
  • Current DNS information is provided for transition
  • The private source repository and reusable NH Media systems do not transfer
  • The website license ends after the paid service period unless a separate buyout is agreed

The signed agreement controls the exact archive period, export scope, timing, and transition responsibilities.
