All prices are starting prices in U.S. dollars. Applicable tax and separately approved third-party costs are additional. Complex functionality, e-commerce, regulated-data workflows, custom applications, major content production, and advertising are separately scoped.

Plan comparison

Choose by scope—not by how much we think you can afford.

Published packages make pricing consistent. A custom price is used only when the work is materially different.

Why a launch fee?

Cancel-anytime service should still pay fairly for the initial build.

The launch fee covers discovery, structure, writing, design, setup, development, review, launch preparation, and infrastructure work. It allows the ongoing agreement to remain month to month without hiding the cost of the initial project.

The launch fee generally covers

  • Project strategy and page plan
  • Initial content collection and writing work
  • Custom design adaptation and development
  • Included initial revision rounds
  • Domain, form, analytics, and launch setup
  • Prelaunch and postlaunch quality assurance

The signed project order states when the launch fee becomes nonrefundable and what happens if the client delays or discontinues the project.

Common add-ons

Separately priced when the scope calls for them.

No surprise invoice: add-on work begins only after written scope and pricing approval.

Additional page

New service, location, team, campaign, or long-form resource page beyond the selected plan.

Photography or video

Local production coordination, editing, licensing, or custom visual assets.

Advanced integration

Specialized CRM, scheduling, automation, payment, portal, or data workflow.

Search or campaign work

Ongoing local-search content, advertising support, campaign production, or conversion program beyond the plan.

Pricing questions

Know the commercial terms before work begins.

Is there a long-term contract?

The service is intended to be month to month, but it still requires a written service agreement and project order. Cancellation is effective according to those documents, ordinarily at the end of the paid billing period.

When does monthly billing begin?

The exact date is stated in the project order. Depending on the project, the first monthly payment may be collected at onboarding or scheduled around launch.

What happens if a payment fails?

Automatic notices and retries are used. The agreement defines the grace period, potential suspension, archive period, and any restoration charge.

Does unused update time roll over?

No. The monthly allowance exists to support current routine needs and ordinarily does not accumulate. Larger projects receive a separate scope.

Are domain registration and third-party subscriptions included?

They are identified in the proposal. The client should own its domain and core business accounts. Third-party fees are either paid directly by the client or shown transparently as approved pass-through costs.

Can we buy the source code later?

A source-code transfer is not included in the monthly plans. A separate buyout may be considered for a particular project, but it must be expressly scoped, priced, and documented.
